Warrior Corporate Security, a member of the G4S group, has been operational in the Lower Tugela Region for the past twenty (20) years. The company is a Black Economic Empowerment Company and is fully registered with all security regulatory bodies.

In recognition of our achievements within the security sector in compliance with social development and upliftment programs as well as the transition to Black Economic empowerment, Warrior Corporate Security was awarded certification of the Proudly South African logo in November 2002.

Further to the above, Warrior Corporate Security was nominated for Impumelelo 2002 (one of South Africa’s Top 300 Empowerment Companies)

The company offers a variety of services to both domestic and business clients in the Lower Tugela Area and is currently expanding the size and scope of its operations into the rest of the Dolphin Coast region.

The Company Founder’s Vision, espoused by the present members, has not faded but has become a very strong influence and illumination in our daily operations. It has evolved into a more GLOBAL CONCEPT where the composite experience and expertise of the founder and the members has equipped this Company with such an unequalled ability, to offer such a comprehensive service with such dedicated personnel, who have been trained and developed, to share and propagate this ideal vision.

24-Hour Disaster Management center. “Control Room”

Warrior Corporate Security operate what is probably the most extensively technologically fitted 24 Hour control center on the entire North Coast region and have through years of experience gained, operated a Network guarding communication system whereby all Security personnel are in two way radio communication with each other. Security staff are encouraged to network information amongst each other in an attempt to, monitor, deter as well as React to any potential threats, whilst maximizing the coverage of our clients. This has proven to have become one of our most valued tools in the control of any potential threat to our clients.

In addition to the above and in support of our operational staff, all Management inclusive of our Directors maintain 24 hour operation control by monitoring all two way radio communication at all times. It will be noted that Directors and Management are mobile in well sign written vehicles at all times.

Telephonic and Radio alarm monitoring functions are included in this center.

Vehicle Fleet

Warrior Corporate Security, operate a vehicle fleet of 22, late model, well maintained and well sign written vehicles.

Warrior Corporate Security, in quest for continued improvement, are frequently formulating new security and protection models for particular clients. We pride ourselves in being able to adapt our services to the particular needs of our clients. Our approach is based on the philosophy of consultation and thorough assessment of the clients needs before a security strategy is devised and approved by the client before implementation.

Training and Development

Warrior Corporate Security are committed to the employment of Trained and Registered Security Officers. However, this commitment does not stop here. In ensuring that current employees are afforded every opportunity in advancement within the company, Warrior Corporate Security are continuously identifying these individuals for advanced training. This in turn has resulted in a Happy and well respected work force.

Advancement Opportunities Ensured

Prior to commencement of any new contracts, a complete staffing assessment and Site/Standard Operation Procedures are formulated. And where necessary, employees are sent for additional training so as to meet the client’s Security requirements.

An example of this being:

Should the services of a Grade C Security Officer be required, Warrior Corporate Security would first explore the possibility of training a Grade D Security Officer, from our current ranks, prior to the recruitment of such from external employment.

This results in the majority of employees entering the company at Grade E level and advancing themselves through the ranks thereby creating clear advancement opportunities and ensuring a stable and happy work force.

Ballito Office

Warrior Corporate Security established the Ballito Office in February 2002, with the express view of 100% service delivery of our clients in the Dolphin coast region.

The Ballito staff comprises of a Manager, Sales consultant, Reactive unit and operations supervisory staff and a Guarding compliment of 170 Security Officers.
